know all men by these present that we, between …………………………………………………………………………………………. do hereby appoint m/s. rizviya travels & tours ,no.46b, seymonds road ,maradana, colombo 10,srilanka. approved by the ministry of labour , government of srilanka ,under licence no.566 to be our true and lawful attorney and agent authorised to handle all affairs concerning the recruitment of workers, entering into contacts with selected employees, to complete all formalities including deposit ,security ,registration fees, ets .with the protector of emigrants ,government of srilanka .and signally all necessary documents required by the said office in connection with our company also to arrange the passport ,passage, ets.., for all of our projects in all countries .

we also authorised m/s rizviya travels& tours ,to negotiate with the srilanka bureau of foreign employment regarding salary enhancements in case the bureau considers the salaries awarded to be lower than the minimum required.
